This family-run business started catering in the little island of Trinidad & Tobago which is located in the southern Caribbean. This gem of the Caribbean is the home to various ethnic flavor complexities. The many locally grown herbs and spices help create an exceptional explosion of genuine flavors which are an integral part of our cuisine. All of which are influenced by Spanish, French, Indian, African, and American cultures.
